We do not offer refunds on Lola's Essentials merchandise unless it was damaged in the mailing process. Refunds Doterra or Zyia will go through those websites. You can email lolasessentialoils@gmail.com for support. We do not offer refunds for any of the classes (yoga or oil classes), however you can cancel at anytime.
